My concern is that with our newness to Agile we may very well want to change from what we first pick. When you create your Team Project, the process template that you choose will be the one that you have to live with. If you want to change from the Agile to Scrum process template, you have to create a new Team Project. The process template defines everything from what work item templates are used to how the security is configured. Many of the settings defined in the process template are difficult or impossible to change after the Team Project is created.
Once your have created a team project, it is not possible to apply a different process template to your project. After you installed TFS , there have three default process templates: Scrum 2. If you want to create the Team Project using Scrum template, you can select the Scrum template directly during New Team Project window.

We have had issues with builds not even starting since our upgrade to and it seems to be linked to the templates, and are only successful if we use the general Scrum 2.
